Chef/Owner David Nevins has earned a reputation as
one of Boston’s most creative chefs and has
engaged his skills and experiences to create
an innovative and unique format for Osetra.
Osetra's
menus feature an eclectic array of dishes, with
significant emphasis on seafood - at times combining
fish and meat, a special trademark of Chef.
South Norwalk diners will be offered
the opportunity to customize their meals with a wide
selection of exciting small plate dishes
which provide diners the opportunity to express themselves
by creating their own, highly personal dining experiences.
If desired, the same small plates, perfect for a taste
for two, can be ordered as larger, full meal-sized
portions.
With this thought in mind, Osetra
will be pairing and combining unusual ingredients
on a daily basis, always using what's fresh and in-season
to create the most exciting possibilites for such
self-expression.
To
support the many menus, Douglas Nevins, David's wine
expert brother, has joined him in SoNo to match the
dishes with a satisfying array of by-the-glass selections.
Doug brings an award-winning background in wine and
menu pairing in Boston to the venture.
