Osetra Oyster Bar & Fish House is Fairfield County's premiere seafood restaurant. Our menus feature an eclectic array of dishes, with the significant emphasis onseafood. Osetra's Raw Bar offers the finest and freshest variety of choice oysters and clams on the half shell..

Osetra's unique menu, combined with the extraordinary talents of Chef David Nevins, provide diners with an incredible culinary experience. Whether it's early evening snacking and drinks at the Raw Bar, an amazing dinner experience, or a delightful casual lunch - Osetra offers a truly rewarding dining event!.

South Norwalk diners will be offered the opportunity to customize their meals with a wide selection of exciting small plate dishes which provide diners the opportunity to express themselves by creating their own, highly personal dining experiences.

With this thought in mind, Osetra will be pairing and combining unusual ingredients on a daily basis, always using what's fresh and in-season to create the most exciting possibilites for such self-expression.

To support the many menus, Douglas Nevins, David's wine expert brother, has joined him in SoNo to match the dishes with a satisfying array of by-the-glass selections. Doug brings an award-winning background in wine and menu pairing in Boston to the venture.
